A Concrete Feeling

So it's come to this again
A feeling large and concrete (this time)
where even a laugh feels like love
And I'm seeing you
with a skin of golden light
And I'm seeing him
in a cellophane bubble,
breathing hard but trying not to
So it's come to this agan
A feeling of...blue! and turquoise!
where a touch brings confusion
...And I'm seeing you
with crystalline teardrops in your eyes
And I'm seeing him
in a glass elevator,
trying to break free but failing
